Delivery within the United Kingdom

We aim to despatch all orders as soon as possible after receipt, but please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

All items shown on this website are priced and billed in Pounds Sterling. This means that the amount you pay will depend on the exchange rate on the day of ordering.

Exchanges/Refunds

TZ Enterprises is committed to delivering top quality products and a first class service to our customers. In the event of a product found to be defective you must notify us immediately by email retail@tzhair.co.uk.  You can then either receive a full refund, exchange or credit excluding shipping and handling charges.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL HAIR HAS TO BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AND MUST STILL BE ATTACHED TO THE CARD IF YOU WOULD LIKE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND.

All returned goods must be in saleable condition and the hair products must not have been used or handled, example;  brushed, worn, labels removed etc, for health and hygiene reasons. Hair returned for refund or exchange must not have been removed from the cardboard for hygiene purposes. Hair products can be inspected clearly without removing security tags therefore, Unwanted hair products removed off the inlay card will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances for hygiene reasons and the product will be returned to the customer. All returned items must be in original packaging with all tags attached.

Should a product be unavailable or out of stock, we may after prior consultation ask if a replacement product with the same or higher value be acceptable. You may agree or reject this offer. If we are unable to contact you and a required date is within 3 days, so we do not let you down, we may make a decision to ship the replacement item to you with a written explanation. Should this not be acceptable upon receipt, you may return the item(s) for full refund including all postage.

 

Please contact TZ’s Customer Services prior to returning goods to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. Packages received without a Authorisation will be refused. Returned items should be in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

You or your carrier are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. Cost and Risk of return will be at your expense and we strongly recommend that you receive proof of posting or use Royal Mail’s “Recorded Signed” service.

PRIVACY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for two reasons.    

  1. To process your order
  2. To provide you with the best possible service

We will only email you in the future to send you information about our company or promotional material. If you do not wish to receive promotional emails please let us know by email and we will respect your wishes. 

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold about you will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or amend it promptly.   

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a ‘cookie’ which is stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this from happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
