Ladies, whether your hair is natural, relaxed, weaves or braided, make sure you wrap your hair with a satin or silk scarf or bonnet at night. Cotton pillowcases absorbs moisture from your hair, leaving it dry and can cause breakage. If you do not like to wrap your hair up the alternative is to use a satin pillowcase instead. Believe us you will soon see the difference.

Here is a video showing how to wrap your hair yourself.
